Join us as we explore three systems of subtle body & physical practice based from Tibet and the Himalayas. Drawing from 40+ years of practice plus certification and authorization across the systems.

We will spend 9 months (2 hours per month) in gentle to more dynamic physical practice (with modifications as desired) plus reflection & discussion. We will explore how you’re resourcing yourself physically, energetically, mentally and spiritually so that your goodness can flow. We will support connecting this nourishment to how you’re sharing your gifts in the world.

About The Course

Physical Practices:

We will focus for 3 months each on three modalities of subtle body & physical practices, including: 1) Nejang (used in Tibetan Medicine to support well-being); 2) Tsa Lung (exercises to support the flow of energy through our subtle body channels, in an approach based in Bön, the indigenous tradition of Tibet); and 3) Asana (the form of yogic practice most are familiar with).

Sundays, 2026, 1:30-3:30pm ET

LOCATION: Virtual/Online (Zoom link provided after registration, a few days before launch.)

FORMAT: 9 monthly sessions, beginning March 8th, 2026. *See below for session dates.

ATTENDANCE: 2/3 live attendance is required + the launch. Recorded sessions will be available to participants only in 2026.

Commitment:

Nejang and Tsa Lung (in the lineages offered) are generally gentle systems of practice may be done seated and/or on a cushion/mat. Yoga asana will be offered in a gentle-to-moderate fashion and is done on a mat or other non-slip surface.
